With the rapid development of Internet technology and e-commerce, domestic power companies is trying to achieve electronic business on sunshine tender and procurement in order to save costs, improve efficiency and management level. This is because of the internal motive force of the development of enterprise development, and also the expressly require of national policies and regulations.However, after decades of development, there is few successful cases in domestic electric power industry on Construction and operation of E-commerce platform。This is because there are many difficulties to overcome。In this case, people still continue to work hard to promote the development of E-commerce in the power industry.Because of the lack of a unified industry standard for E-commerce in the power industry now, which brings great difficulties to the research of this paper,but it is also the significance of this study.This thesis consulted a lot of literature and practice research. The completion of the main work is as follows:(1) Analysis and Research on the development of e-commerce project in the power industry and the characteristics of the project.(2)Under the advice of my experts, the author chosed six representative companies to research to find out the successful factors of the electronic commerce project in the power industry。(3) On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the 6 companies of e-commerce projects, the author interviewed for more than 70 their staff and made of more than 700 questionnaires. through making of the comparative analysis, using a variety of research methods, who found seven more critical success factors that is enterprise strategy, leadership support, benefit distribution, construction planning, development team, operation team, project orientation.(4) Analysis of 7 key success factors mentioned above.Finally, this thesis takes projects of the China Three Gorges Corporation and Power Construction Corporation of China as an example, that these 7 elements are placed in these two cases. This further proves that this conclusion is correct and reasonable.
