Recently with the great changes in the market environment and the more uncertainty of the market needs, companies can not success depend on themselves in the competition, they must cooperation with each other, integrate the business process and retain their own advantages, combine other enterprises to complete the non-core business. So the theory of the supply chain has been widely applied to the practice, and the channel is a hotspot in the marketing field, the supply chain and channel are the networks needed to be coordinate, they also require good coordination mechanism to maintain its normal operation. The supply chain is a network emerged in recent years, it has its more unique advantages than traditional networks, there is little study on it.Scholars from home and abroad found that power and trust are two very important act variables in the network coordination and governance. This paper reviewed the study about power and trust and divide the channel power into compulsive power and noncompulsive power, divide the channel trust into transaction trust and guanxi trust. Referring the research about origanization and union coordination and governance, we find two ways to coordinate and govern the supply chain channel, they are contract governance and relational governance. We start the study with the channel power and analysis its effect on the two ways of supply chain channel coordination and governance. Then we treat the channel trust as mediating variables, analysis the effect of channel power on the two ways of supply chain channel coordination and governance. This paper created model and raised hypothesis and questionaire based on relevant papers and the need of this paper. Data are collected through distributing the questionaire. We use statistics softwares to analysis the date from 219 enterprises and modified the model. This study showed that we should properly use the channel power and play the active role of channel trust in the supply chain channel coordination and governance.
