Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous improvement of national policy and the high development of the city, the real estate market has been developing rapidly. From twentieth Century 80 time, China’s property management gradually developed as a supporting industry of real estate. It Experienced rapid development process and grow up into a relatively mature industry today. The development of the industry to create huge economic and social benefits, with professional service and raise the efficiency of city management, convenient for people’s life, is an important force to promote the development of the third industry.With the aggravation of the market competition, many property management enterprises in China brand consciousness in unceasing enhancement, but the overall brand level industry is low, compared with foreign countries there are still large gaps. On the connotation of the brand property management enterprises lack of correct understanding, the lack of scientific understanding of the characteristics and the value of the property management brand construction, the lack of theoretical guidance. In this study, through literature research on property management brand correlation theories, identify the constituent elements of the brand of property management; through the research on the property management industry in China in the process of nearly 30 years of development, make a discussion on the property management brand development situation, and on this basis, through a questionnaire survey to further understand the property management brand development in China from the owners of subjective perception; according to the analysis of the theoretical analysis and investigation data, and puts forward some strategies on our property management brand development.This study enriches the theory of property management brand development, brand construction for property management enterprises, has a certain reference value to improve the competitiveness.
