The production and export situation of peanut not only have a great influence on planting farmers, but also in the national development production and export of peanut. At present, Shandong peanut production overall development trend is good, but there are also potential crisis can not be ignored. Yield of peanut production costs rise quickly in recent years, and stagnant. Under the background of global economic integration, the peanut price volatility,low cost high yield is always existing problems. Through the analysis and research,we hope to find out the main factors influencing the peanut planting cost benefit, thus we can effectively improve farmers peanut planting cost structure, and improve the way of peanut planting’s earnings.Based on Shandong peanut planting situation,The author used the comparison analytic method and trend analysis method to make comparison recent 10 years between Shandong province peanut planting cost benefit changes and the national and Henan average,in order to identify the main factors affecting Shandong peanut planting cost benefits. At the end of the paper, the author gives the research conclusion and some good suggestions to improve the level of peanut planting.First of all, the cost of Shandong province peanut planting is higher than the national average and Henan province, but in recent years the disadvantages become narrow. Peanut planting cost in Shandong province from the point of structure, land costs accounted for the proportion of the total cost of a little change, labor costs accounted for present obvious rising trend, the total cost of the artificial cost of influence is year after year is greater than the costs of material and services, and labor costs in family discount accounted for over 98% of employment.Second, Shandong peanuts grow earnings volatility increases, the frequency of the large fluctuations.Shandong peanuts grow earnings compared with national average level and Henan province has a certain advantage, but the loss of the advantage is gradually. In 2013 Shandong province peanut planting yields are lower than in Henan province. Shandong peanut output value is greater than the total cost impact on net profit level, and the output fluctuation is the main cause of net profit fluctuations, and price fluctuation is the main cause of output fluctuations. Visible, price fluctuation is the important factor to the earnings volatility, and often income than price volatility.Last, we could through increased investment of science and technology, scale management methods to make the cost rising not too fast.
