China is the largest apple producer and consumer countries in the world, apple acreageand production account for more than40%of the world’s total. Shandong is one of thebirthplaces of Chinese apple planting, and occupies an important position in the country; Areaand the apple orchard yield transcended by Shaanxi province in2003and2009respectively,Shandong apple’s economic status has fallen。This paper mainly summarizes the development of apple planting in Shandong provinceand across the country, then calculate and compare three kinds of comparative advantageindex, thus analyzed the fluctuation tendency of the development of apple and the change ofShandong apple’s economic status. Relying on the use of Shandong province modernagricultural industry technology system of fruit about apple data in database, through thecomparative analysis and trend analysis method, Detailed analysis the change of maincomposition index in Shandong apple cost benefit, quantify the cost of each part for the costof the influence degree of the size, Identify the part of the large and rapid rise in the total costs.Shandong apple growing income indicators, trends to make a comparison with the nationalaverage, empirical analysis of the various inputs of Shandong apple gains the influence degreeof the size and the relationship between them, finally gives the conclusions andrecommendations.Conclusion: although compared with fruit in the province and the national average,Shandong apple planting has obvious advantages, but compared with the Shaanxi province,Shandong apple planting has no advantage. In the case of Shandong apple acreage declining,Apple production in Shandong still maintained a high growth rate; this is mainly due to thepull of apple yield levels increase. Apple cultivation in Shandong rendering high cost,fast-growing characteristics, increasing the proportion of production costs as a percentage ofthe total cost of the Shandong Apple, is the main factor pulling apple costs; Land of the totalcost dropped, although the cost of land is reduced, but the impact on total cost is limited.The economic benefit of Shandong apple planting is remarkable, but the advantagegradually narrowed, Apple selling price of the output value of the contribution rate is0.9185,yield per unit area on the output value of the contribution rate is0.0815, Shandong apple output growth comes mainly from selling price rise. Through empirical analysis, draw up thecost of artificial and pesticide at present stage can improve the profit of apple planting, andrise in the cost of fertilizer will reduce net profit.Government support subsidies, improve planting techniques, and strictly control theproduction prices and other means to inhibit the excessive growth of apple planting costs;Government-led apple planting support system construction, transmission as well as build aneffective information system, to ensure the steady expansion of the price of apple, are theeffective measure to drive revenue.
