Employee performance management is the core of human resource management.With the growth and perfection of the enterprise management, the position and function of performance management is increasingly highlighted, and has become a hot potato. By employee performance management, on the one hand, the employee performance level might be enhanced better;on the other, the core competitiveness could be improved to achieve the objective of the whole strategic organization.This paper,based on the theory of performance management, systematicly expounds the target management system, evaluation method and behavioral anchored rating evaluation method and evaluation methods,such as key performance indicators. According to management practice of Hebei Juliang Environmental Protection Equipment co.,LTD,this paper has an in-depth analysis of the present situation of company performance management. The results has been checked by the statistical analysis in the form of questionnaire survey, and the probiem has been pointed out.Based on the original performance management in the company, the optimization design is carried out on the original performance evaluation system, the corresponding improvement scheme is put forward and it can help employees improve the work performance. The purpose of this paper is to apply relevant theories to improve the performance management system of Hebei Juliang Environmental Protection Equipment,making it more scientific,fairer and more efficiencient to enhance the company’s operating ability and competitiveness.
