In recent years, with the rapid development of internet technology and the increasing maturity of e-commerce, the method of shopping is gradually transferring to the Internet, on one hand, this creates more opportunities, namely to capture the huge business opportunities, a large number of e-commerce websites sprang up and there are many different kinds of goods. On the other hand, this gives challenges to the e-commerce websites, namely how to provide the decision support for the consumers to make them to choose the most suitable production, and this has become the key to gain the competitive advantage of the market. At present, some of the e-commerce websites have realized the importance of supporting the consumers’buying decision, for example the general and personal recommendation, but the recommendation of these websites is preliminary, which are mostly built on the base of the rational consumer theory. In fact, consumers often have the regret aversion behavior when they are shopping online. So giving a method of online production selection considering consumers’regret aversion behavior is an important research subject with great theoretical basis and application value.On the base of the summarization of the decision-making method of regret behavior, the theory and the method of the production selection model, this paper makes a deeper research of the online production selection problem considering the consumers’regret aversion behavior. The purpose and the significance of the research are on the theory and method. On the theory, this paper summarizes the reason of consumers’regret during shopping online, and gives the online productions selection index system considering consumers’regret aversion behavior mainly for the C2C websites and then gives the method of selecting the productions online. On the application, this paper gives the specific analysis of a website combined the practical example of mobile phone, this makes the basic of the research of production selection problem considering other kinds of consumers’behavior.This paper has mainly completed the research work of three aspects:(1) On the basis of summarizing the process of shopping online, the advantages and disadvantages of shopping online and the reason of the regret, this paper makes a conclusion of the reason and the process of regret of shopping online, which make the foundation of the analysis of online production selection index system and selection method considering the consumers’ regret aversion.(2) This paper gives an index system for the online production selection considering the consumers’ regret aversion behavior on the basis of the analysis of the influencing indexes of the online shopping and mainly based on the actual situation of C2C websites, which is from the perspective of the reason of consumers’ regret shopping online.(3) This paper gives the method of selection the online productions considering the consumers’ regret aversion behavior. And combing the specific example, the paper makes an analysis to verify the method.
