In the daily life,the choice of investment projects,response to emergencies and other multi-attribute decision-making problems can be seen everywhere.In the decision-making process,decision makers are usually unable to do completely rational.In this process,the change of human subjective attitude may affect the use of utility function,therefore the decision making theory should be introduced into the decision analysis.At the same time,the interaction between multiple attributes of the program also directly affects the evaluation of the scheme.In order to get more scientific decision,we also need to consider the relationship between attributes.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of multi-attribute decision-making whose attributes are relevant,based on the behavioral mood of the decision makers and the relationship between the attributes,the equilibrium consideration is the key to solve this problem.The solving of the above two problems means making a reasonable choice for investment projects.Firstly,this paper introduces the Regret Theory,including the basic thought and related models of regret theory.Then,research trends and latest research achievements of the home and abroad about the multi-attribute decision-making problem at home and abroad are elaborated in detail in this paper.Finally,taking the project investment choice as a case,the steps to consider the problem of regretting and avoiding the aggregation of the multi-attribute problem are listed.The steps mainly includes the use of the entropy method to determine the importance of each attribute,the application of ? fuzzy measure to determine the relationship between the attributes,the employing of the Choquet integral to give the candidate score,and the applying of the Regret Theory to obtain the perceived utility matrix.The feasibility of the method is verified and the conclusion is reached.The method in the paper is firstly use the entropy weight method to give the importance of each index and consider the correlation between attributes.Then the score matrix of the alternatives is given by the using of the Choquet integral.Subsequently,the regret theory is used to determine the regret-joy function and the comprehensive perceptual utility matrix is given.Finally,the more scientific scheme evaluation is obtained.The specific experimental steps are as follows: 1.Use the entropy weight method to determine the importance of each attribute;2.Apply the ? fuzzy measure to determine the interaction between attributes;3.Employ the Choquet integral to assemble the various attributes;4.Determine the regret-joy function;5.Build the decision maker's comprehensive perceptual utility matrix,and finally get the order of the various programs.The main problems to be solved in this paper are as follows: firstly,how to use ? fuzzy measure to determine the interaction between attributes;secondly,how to use Choquet integral to aggregate information about the relevance of the attributes;finally,how to consider regret aversion and get a comprehensive evaluation matrix for program.Among them,the use of regret theory to consider regret aversion is the crucial and determining the interaction between attributes is the most difficult.The innovation of this paper is as follows: 1.Consider the correlation between attributes,and use ? fuzzy measure and Choquet integral to solve.2.Using the regret theory to avoid regret aversion subjectively,and give a comprehensive perception utility matrix.Finally,the feasibility and validity of the method are proved by the application of the program.
