With the rapid development of China's economy,the country's real estate prices have been steady rising,major banks compete for the housing loan business market,and the personal consumer loans provided by banks can not meet the needs of most home loan users.In this context,this paper mainly studies how banks can effectively determine the credit level of lenders,formulate new portfolio loan product strategies to attract housing loan users to handle consumer bans.This paper mainly analyzes the market environment of Soochow and it analyzes the current situation of the housing loan and consumer credit market in Suzhou.It finds that the housing loan market in Suzhou is active and the space is huge.Housing loan matching credit loan products are feasible.This product is a kind of credit loan product,and its pricing focuses on the risk measurement of loan customers.The credit toan products designed in this paper are based on housing bans,so the data information of the home loan customers can be used as the analysis basis for the credit risk of potential customers.After determining the risk amount of the customer,the risk amount is used to determine the interest rate and amount of the loan.In this paper,the customer's risk is the customer's default probability The logistic binary regression method is used to calculate the appropriate index.The loan pricing method is the risk cost pricing method to ensure that the loan interest rate can cover the financial cost,risk cost and target profit.Finally,we will design a specific product structure and loan plan to provide a flexible and simple consumer credit loan to home loan customers.
