Application Research On The Basic Operation Risk In Commercial Bank Management Tools

This paper is based on the sample bank management level and management needs, in order to improve the effectiveness of operational risk management as the goal, the three basic tools for the application of operational risk management.This paper first analyzes the regulatory requirements, summarized the practice of domestic banks, the application of the operational risk management tools were summarized. On the basis of this, the paper studies the three risk management tools.In view of the operational risk and internal control self-assessment, four improvement measures, such as the classification of the control measures, the importance of risk factors and so on, are put forward.According to the key risk indicators, this paper concludes that the key risk indicators, which are the key risk indicators, must be based on the system of the pilot indicators, and can reflect the behavior patterns of stakeholders.
