Study On Vegetable Supply Chain Optimization Of Hunan Province

Agricultural policy from central government about covering the collection, processing, transportation, marketing various aspects of cold chain logistics system produced supply chain optimization problem referred to a new height. At present, there is a problem of excessive circulation of the traditional wholesale model, Hunan Province, on the other hand agricultural super-docking mode in production and retail sectors are subject to different degrees. Therefore, this article study on Hunan vegetable supply chain.This paper summarizes the relevant research trends, based on transaction costs, logistics, supply chain management, game theory and other related theories, analyzes Hunan vegetable production, wholesale, cooperatives and retail, after using SWOT method to analyze the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threat of the two modes of Hunan vegetable supply chain——wholesale model and super-docking mode s, then in the perspective of consumer behavior, analyzes of the impact of the development of two models of consumer factor. Thus, this paper put forward the following suggestions:improve supply chain degree of organization, improve vegetable quality control system, supply chain information management platform to build, optimize and vegetables terminal shopping environment that encourages the development of new agricultural consumption docking mode.
