Research On Application Of Management Accounting Reports In IWorks Company

As the German industry 4.0 and the era of "made in China 2025" coming, the traditional management mode and management concept changes, that making the original extensive financial management mode can’t meet the demand of enterprise management. Establishing the lean financial management mode and scientific and standardized management accounting information reporting system, is currently main tasks in Chinese companies. A large number of new private enterprises have some managerial problems, including that basic management is not perfect, the internal management is confusing, lacking in sound rules and perfect regulations and the mechanism of incentive and constraint. The backward management accounting application level directly restrains the enterprise’s development.Through reviewing the development history of management accounting in the private enterprise, called iWorks company, and analyzing the current status, this article puts forward a set of management accounting reports which is suitable for iWorks company, and formulates corresponding management process. Furthermore, this article makes an example to show how to apply the management accounting report, and how to analyze the enterprise management status by using the reports, and help enterprises to find and solve the existing problems. Exploring how iWorks use management accounting reports to improve the level of management accounting and business efficiency.
