Study On Profit Distribution Of Cotton Industry Chain In Xinjiang

In recent years, the problem of cotton planting area shrinking, cotton planting costs rising, cotton quality declining and cotton prices vary considerably both at home and abroad made the cotton industry was paid great attention to by the whole society and the state. In view of the cotton problems, in order to protect farmers basic interests and maintenance cotton industry security, the state introduced the cotton target price pilot policy.In this context, The impact of the new cotton industry policy on the cotton industry chain in the pilot areas (Xinjiang) has become the focus of the theory and practice.This paper analyzes the impact of the target price policy on the cotton industry chain in Xinjiang from the perspective of industrial chain profit distribution and how to use revenue sharing to improve the operational efficiency of the cotton industry chain in Xinjiang from the perspective of improving the industrial chain efficiency,which is important for the integration of the cotton industry chain in Xinjiang and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of cotton industry chain in Xinjiang province.Profit distribution is the core issue in the research of industrial chain, whether the profit distribution is reasonable or not directly related to the development problem of the industrial chain.Reasonable profit distribution not only can promote the industrial chain of the main body to actively participate in the industrial chain cooperation and improve the efficiency of production, through the coordination of the relationship between the industrial chain to improve the efficiency of the overall industrial chain.Cotton industry chain is different to other industry chain, the cotton farmers of the upstream industry chain very scattered and cotton planting no have a scale effect. In the implementation of a temporary storage policy, Cotton processing enterprises occupy the dominant position, spinning enterprises due to face high cost of raw materials that is struggling. Therefore, in temporary storage period cotton industry chain profit distribution is not reasonable.It is important to understand the influence of target price policy to Xinjiang cotton industry chain profit distribution and we need to carry on the thorough analysis of the present stage of cotton industry chain in Xinjiang profit allocation problem.In this paper, we use the industrial chain analysis framework to analyze the cotton industry chain in Xinjiang, through data analysis to understand the profit distribution of Xinjiang cotton industry chain and to analyze the reasons for the distribution of profits. Then we introduce the Shapley method and according to the contribution of each link to gain the reasonable profit distribution mechanism to compared with the current profit distribution of cotton industry chain in Xinjiang to evaluate the effect of the target policy. In order to further improve the efficiency of cotton industry chain in Xinjiang Province, the industry chain profit sharing model is introduced, which can improve the efficiency of the whole industry chain, and make the income of every link in the industrial chain is higher than that in the free market, so the method is effective and feasible. Finally, according to the research conclusion, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of cotton industry chain in Xinjiang.
