In order to promote the development of grain logistics, it’s necessary to change the traditional mode of transportation, this article analyze the difference of grain logistics with the other goods logistics. The importance of food logistics at home and abroad are increasing. Nanjing Grain Group play an important role in the grain supply in Nanjing, but there are many problems in the actual management. The concentration and divergence of grain are lack of scientific calculation,which didn’t consider through some network optimization measures to reduce the logistics cost, especially for grain that of low value and high weight commodities. In transportation, logistics cost accounts for a large proportion. It also restricted the development of enterprise.As grain problems get more and more seriously, to implement the logistics integration must attach importance to the design and layout of logistics network. In this paper, the method of grain logistics network optimization is guided with integration strategy, with the logistics situation of Nanjing Grain Group. The network optimization problem we are faced focusing on the choice of the transfer station and distribution route optimization problem.As food problems get more and more seriously, to implement the logistics integration must attach importance to the design and layout of logistics network. In this paper, the integration strategy as the guiding ideology, with the logistics situation of Nanjing Grain Group, the grain logistics network optimization. This article will focus on the network optimization problem is the choice of the transit city and distribution route optimization problem.The selection of transfer station in public rail transport problem is studied. The existing selection mode for transfer station is too complex to apply to enterprise practicality. From the perspective of enterprise, this article set up a 0-1 integer programming mode with the lowest cost as the objective function, the model is solved by Lingo, and then get the transfer station, as well as to determine the scope of the transfer station to receive grain accordingly. To study the influence of various factors on the relay selection in society, the author uses the description of transit fees and the construction rate in fuzzy economics to carry out sensitivity analyses. according to the results of 28 cities of dispatching problem in Subei, best grain station shall establish in Huaian, Xinyi, Shu Yang, Dongtai and Funing considering two kinds of mode of transportation, railways and highways. Compared with direct transport, the method in this paper can save the cost of transporting 18.96 million one year. We can conclude that under the precondition of large capacity grain multimodal transport hub, the influence of choices of transfer station by the transfer rate and capital cost rate is small through sensitivity analysis.On the route optimization problem, this paper adopts C-W saving algorithm. The optimal distribution route choice model is established with the objective function of the lowest cost, the vehicle carrying amount as constraint conditions. To solve the calculate the optimal number of vehicles and optical distribution path 11 customers as the service object such as Carrefour, Nanjing Normal University, Suguo supermarket, wal-mart based on the historical data of grain distribution. Eventually work out 4 optimal grain distribution routes at the request of the lowest total cost of transportation of the above 11 customers.The network optimization method has great practical guiding significance of the Nanjing Grain Group.
