China’s financial market is developing rapidly during the fourteen years after its accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). Following the fully opened foreign institutions, there is a vigorous competition is coming for domestic financial companies. In order to obtain a long-term healthy development in the competition, our domestic financial enterprises should stand at a higher view point with a development vision for the environment of business operation to make long-term strategy for the future development of enterprise. The whole process is about the strategic management of enterprises which should ensure the organizational operating efficiency and fully tap the business opportunities and potentials. In modern strategic management and planning, firstly, the relationship between enteiprise and business environment have to be correctly determined, the key business links which can be improved should be analyzed correctly. Secondly, scope of business should be detailed and the develop room in future should be cleared. Then effective competitive strategies of enterprises should be made, the company’s existing resources should be allocated rationally, and a rational layout marketing operation should be adjusted. Eventually the core competitiveness of enterprises can be formed. Thus, Strategic Management epitomizes the strategic thinking of a enterprise which is directly related to keep the enterprises operate normally and future development. In recent years, China’s electronic surging commodities trading market has developed rapidly, leading to some confusion and vicious marketing practices currently available, because of industry regulation pushed down by the market. The simple market behavior like loss of customer transaction as profitability point inevitably lead to the number of customers fast diminishing and customer complaints increased. And in the long run, the possibility of the continued deterioration still exists in the future. Therefore, Surging commodity trading markets are likely to be shuffled, and finally the rational operation mode will come as a way of selecting the superior and eliminating by market.This thesis, based on the theory and methods of modern strategic management, trys to analyze the opportunities and threats, the internal superiority and inferiority of YH external environment. Then the company’s operation programmes are arranged and the strategic thinking, strategic programs and development priorities are pointed out. This study about the operational models of YH company may define the company’s strategy maintaining a sustained, rapid and sound development of company’s economy.
