This paper analyzes the questions appearing in procurement chain, production processes and sales links based on analyzing the situation of internal inventory control of DFX food limited company. This paper also finds the managements responsibilities among various departments is unknown, different standards and other reasons and analyzes one by one how they generate, developing a scientific, timely solution. Using specific accounting methods and a series of initiatives to improve the management mechanism to unify inventory standards. The enterprise managers can master the dynamic inventory better and do a good job in the critical control points of inventory management.
