With the rapid economic development, sustained social progress, as well as quality of life gradually improved, people’s spiritual life rising demand. So, people gradually change the requirements of the job in order to pursue their own spiritual satisfaction. Work alienation is a negative psychological reaction is the result of a working relationship between man and uncoordinated, he is seriously affecting the quality of employees work and live. From this perspective, work alienation deserve more attention.In the field of management, leadership styles varied, but the authoritarian Chinese leadership is a unique society leadership style, he is widespread in Chinese society, he can reflect two distinct characteristics of Chinese society:between the upper and lower levels "hierarchy" relationship, characterized by high power distance. With the authoritarian leadership style of leadership with particular emphasis on the absolute authority of the individual, emphasizing the absolute control of a subsidiary, derogatory subordinate capacity, showing the autocratic style, the image of finishing and education and other acts. It has been found to adversely affect the behavior of the authoritarian leader will give the staff, such as its negative impact on the leadership in the training of staff trust and loyalty, and reduce organizational commitment and job satisfaction into the leadership team and employees. Therefore, in the context of Chinese enterprises, employees can work alienation affected by authoritarian leadership, this effect is how it happened and what is the internal mechanism of action and other issues has a unique significance, the need for further in-depth discussion.In order to open the path of the above effects "black box", the basis of this literature review of research on the mechanism of action study variables were summarized, proposed to explore relationships between variables and assumptions will lead trust as intermediate variables in order to explore the authoritarian leadership of the staff affect alienation models and use questionnaires for data collection, using SPSS statistical analysis tools main conclusions after factor analysis and regression analysis were as follows:(1) authoritarian leadership style to the employees’ sense of alienation have a significant positive impact. In other words, the organization of the authoritarian leadership style of the more intense, the working staff of the stronger sense of alienation. (2) the authoritarian leadership style will be led by the staff of the emotional damage trust and cognitive trust. (3) to enhance employees’ trust in the leadership of the emotional and cognitive trust can significantly reduce employee alienation. (4) Leadership trust between authoritarian leadership and employee alienation plays an intermediary role.This paper discusses the impact of the internal mechanism of this negative authoritarian leadership style of leadership with Chinese characteristics have an impact on the work of the staff of alienation, and the introduction of leading trust this more explanatory power of mediating variables to construct authoritarian leadership, trust in leadership and staff association model alienation, while expand empirical inquiry, set forth the specific impact of the path of authoritarian leadership staff work alienation, and ultimately come to the above conclusion, this study extends the theory of alienation to some extent.
