In recent years, with the improvement of economic level, people pay more and more attention to the satisfaction obtained in work.Especially as the public sector staff, the level of their job satisfaction, directly affects the level of public services. In organizations, leadership behavior,as the antecedent variable affecting job satisfaction, has attracted more and more attention from scholars, and research results on leadership theory have been emerging. However, the patriarchal leadership theory rooted in a specific cultural background is less studied than the western leadership behavior theory. At the same time, the influence mechanism of individual psychological factors on leadership behavior and job satisfaction is still inconclusive, and the influence on leadership behavior is still unclear.Based on the existing research results, based on the public sector employees as the research sample, focusing on the analysis of dimensions of paternalistic leadership, direct effect of authoritarian leadership and virtue and kindness leadership adjustment, and further explores the emotional cognitive trust and employee trust in mediating role between authoritarian leadership and job satisfaction.Based on the literature review of relevant theoretical researches on paternalistic leadership, this paper finds that the research conclusions of benevolent leadership and moral leadership in paternalistic leadership are basically the same, and both of them can produce positive effects, but there is no consensus on the relationship between authoritarian leadership and satisfaction. Therefore, based on the method of empirical research, this paper studies the influence of different dimensions and interactive effects of paternalistic leadership on employee satisfaction, focus on focus on the direct effect of authoritarian leadership and benevolent leadership and the leadership of virtues of regulation, and further analyzes the employees' emotional cognitive trust and employee trust intermediary role between authoritarian leadership and job satisfaction.Based on previous literatures, this paper establishes a theoretical model and puts forward the following hypotheses:(1)Authoritarian leadership has a negative impact on employees' job satisfaction(2)Employee emotional trust plays an intermediary role between authoritarian leadership and job satisfaction.(3)Employees' cognitive trust plays an intermediary role between authoritarian.leadership behavior and job satisfaction(4)The interaction between authoritarian leadership and benevolent leadership has an impact on employee trust(5)The interaction between authoritarian leadership and moral leadership has an impact on employee trustIn order to verify the above hypothesis,SPSS23.0 was used for data analysis and processing in this study.A total of 384 questionnaires were collected.Secondly, hierarchical regression was used to test the influence of authoritarian leadership and employee trust on job satisfaction. Finally, the moderating effect of benevolent leadership on moral leadership is explored. The study found that the higher the degree of authoritarianism shown by the behavior of leaders in an organization, the lower the degree of job satisfaction.Employees' emotional trust and cognitive trust play an intermediary role between them. The interaction between moral leadership and benevolent leadership and authoritarian leadership can positively affect employees' emotional trust and cognitive trust.
