With the increasingly fierce competition in the retail industry, the continuous development of e-commerce, online sales platform as well as the new consumer’s concept of continuous change.Entities under the traditional channels of retail facing a crisis. In the face of this fierce market competition environment, just have a good product and good service, relying on the traditional sales channels, sales model, is unable to survive and develop in the future. Only in the sales concept, the sales model of innovation, to keep up with the needs of consumers in the hands of many of the competition to win. This paper illustrates a new sales model, through the case of sky gardens.Through literature analysis and experience summary, this paper analyzes the experiential marketing, and puts forward the platform strategy based on the platform of the platform.In this paper, through the study of the shopping center, pointed out that the shopping center of a few big pain points:competition incentive, homogeneity is very difficult to retain loyal customers. Roof space blank, can not use. And then, the problems encountered in the development of the balcony agriculture are also studied. Finally field analysis of the sky gardens of this project is how to use experience platform strategy to solve the multi pain points, to achieve win-win situation.Based on the improvement of customer experience, the business model of the platform is put forward, and a new way is put forward for the development of the retail model in the future.
