In today's era,all areas of society are closely integrated with the Internet,and various industries based on the Internet have become mainstream.Smart tourism has also entered daily life.All aspects of tourism,such as tourism management,tourism services and tourism experience,have gradually become intelligent,and the demand for tourism mobile platforms for tourists has gradually increased.When traveling,tourists use the mobile travel platform to inquire about tourist information,book train and plane tickets,book scenic spots,and so on.Moreover,with the upgrading of national consumption levels and the development of smart tourism,tourism platforms continue to emerge and present a fierce competition.At the same time,tourism mobile platforms have also failed to fully meet the needs of tourists and fail to provide tourists with higher Quality experience,user satisfaction is low,can not continue to use the platform,customers integrate into a series of problems that need to be resolved.Therefore,this article takes the tourism mobile platform as the research object,defines the concepts of tourism experience,user experience,emotional experience,and customer integration on the basis of document review,and builds a research model based on a certain theoretical basis and reasoning.In this research scenario,a questionnaire was designed.Questionnaires were issued for tourists who traveled andused the mobile platform as a research object.SPSS 19.0 and AMOS21.0were used to conduct an empirical analysis of the collected data.Through reliability and validity tests,correlation analysis,and regression analysis,we obtained:(1)The appearance experience,functional experience,and interactive experience of the travel mobile platform have a significant positive impact on customer integration,and there are differences in the degree of influence;(2)A good travel mobile platform experience has a positive impact on positive emotions,and a bad travel mobile platform Experience will cause users' negative emotions;(3)Positive emotional reactions have a positive impact on customer integration,and negative emotional reactions have a negative impact on customer integration;(4)Positive and negative emotions on the mobile mobile platform appearance experience and functional experience And intermediary experience and customer integration.According to the results of empirical research,it is proposed for the travel mobile platform enterprise managers to improve the appearance experience,strengthen the functional experience,strengthen the interactive experience and stimulate the emotional experience during the design,maintenance and management of the platform.
