Research On Material Purchase Management Of CF Company In The Supply Chain Environment

The development of information technology and economic globalization is promoting to improve the level of supply chain management. With the development of the supply chain, the competition between enterprises is no longer the product competition, but the supply chain competition.At the same time, the change and the increasedcompetitionof domestic and international economic environmentask for higher requirementof aviation engine and its derivatives, as the source of production, product costs control and profits are wider influenced byraw materials procurement.Based on these changes, CF Company has exposed more and more problems.Such as, the construction of material procurement system is not perfect; the procurement process is indistinct; the control of procurement risk is not good enough;the supplier performance management is unstandardized; the procurement management information system is incomplete and so on. To solve these problems, this article based on plenty of theoretical research, raw materials procurement to a hair company management present situation and existing problem is analyzed, and we put forward the corresponding optimization strategies. The strategies are as follows:integrating civilian raw materials procurement business in order to establisha unified army, trade, the raw material procurement system; refining the raw material procurement process to buildprocesses ofprocurement, supplier selection, contract approval, material arrival and material return; improvingthe purchasing risk and purchasing clean risk prevention and control system, the key is to establish risk early warning mechanism; optimizing supplier performance management system,strengthening the supplier classification management and improving supplier performance evaluation and application of strengthening the evaluation results to reinforceconstruction;Enhancing the level of procurement information system,establishingof ERP system including procurement supplier management, procurement management, procurement price plan / budget management, purchase order management, accounts payable management, procurement quality management function, and strengthening the purchasing analysisability.
