With the popularity of the Internet, information society goes into the era of big data, and customer consumption patterns and characteristics of enterprise’s operation pattern has a fundamental change with the vast amount, diversification, rapidness of big data. At the same time, the rapid development of electronic commerce makes the retail enterprise service be no longer confined to geographical restrictions, and procurement and service mode of retail enterprises also presents the characteristics of the virtualization and networking. With the rapid expansion of logistics and express delivery industry, the service of retail enterprises tend to be personalized and customized, and it is difficult to predict and satisfy customer’s demand. The development of data processing technology put forward new requirements to supplier selection in traditional batch problem of retail enterprises, and more factors need to be considered in this problem.Under the electricity environment state of big data and modern service mode of retail enterprises, characteristics of new supplier data and spending habits of customer are analyzed from customers’ customized consumption mode. On the basis of the traditional supplier selection method and the combination of clustering algorithm and content filtering algorithm, supplier selection method using data mining technology and information recommendation technology is put forward. The instance simulation is recommended to choose suitable suppliers and validate the effectiveness of the designed method, and shows that the hybrid algorithm can provide supplier selection support to retail enterprises.Based on the condition of suppliers, retail enterprises economic lot-sizing problem is divided into hard and soft time windows demand from the perspective of customer demand. A strategy problem under the condition of suppliers on a finite planning period is studied, which satisfies customers’ personalized need and design replenishment and delivery batch. Mathematical model is established, at the same time, because of the complexity of the model of batch problem, a polynomial algorithm is developed to solve the batch model. The optimal solution of the problem is obtained, the final supplier and batch strategy is selected, and the example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. Therefore, the solution to economic lot-sizing problem with retailers meeting the personalized, customized demand of customers under the condition of suppliers is provided.
