The Research On The Internal Control Of Monetary Fund Of SJ Municipal Group

The enterprise group has its own special character, such as the internal rating system and the financial accounting department. Enterprise groups are mostly cross region, cross industry and cross ownership. Meanwhile, there isa wide range of production and management, respective economic responsibilities and interests and a variety of economic models and accounting forms in one enterprise group. Therefore, it is important to strengthen and improve the internal control of the company, especially in the Effectiveness of internal control of Monetary Fund, financial operation of the group company, improvement of the overall strength of the company, optimal allocationof corporate resources, andreductionof the operation risk of the company.This thesis uses theliterature analysis and case analysis method. The analysis and research is based on the internal control of Monetary Fund of SJ municipal group.First of all, this thesis makes a careful analysis on a large number of relevant literature.At the same time,this thesis analyzes and summarizes the key points of the internal control of monetary fundsin the enterprise group,compares the practice of domestic and international practice and the comparison of four kinds of currency fund management and control mode. On this basis, in-depth analysis of the internal control of Monetary Fund of the SJ municipal group is the main problem.Combined with the existing practice and control key point theory and SJ municipal group company which is in the medium group, propose strategies are draw based on the existing four aspects such as overall budget,financial management and controlcapital management, and the daily agency project cost management.The research results of this thesis provide a reference for the private enterprises in our country to find a set of scientific and efficient internal control for their growth period.
