Study On Locating Of Urban Public Bike Rental Station Of Multi-objective Optimization

With the development of urban traffic motorization, traffic congestion, environmental pollution are more and more serious, develop slow traffic, establish the public bicycle system,encourage more traveler use the non-motor vehicle transportation, and guide the residents to form a "public bicycle + public transport" mode of travel, are the effective ways to improve the city traffic running efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.First of all, this paper introduces the application status of public bicycle, through analysising the problems of the The public bicycle system running. point out that a scientific and reasonable location planning is the important influencing factor which decides to public bike system operation effect.While the main mission of public bicycle location planning are determining the position and size of the lease pointSecondly, based on the analysis of the characters of public bike rentaling behavior, this paper finds out the factors which have impact on the choice of public bike. Then, appling random utility theory, this paper builds a model to forecast the demand of public bike rentaling based on Logit model. Concrete contents are design the public bicycle travel choice behavior questionnaire, give out and recycle the questionnaire,summarize data, based on the data combined the structure of the utility function and calibration of model parameter, get the model parameters results based on the survey data of small sample experiment.Finally, based on the analyses of the basic location model and the theory of multi-objective decision, established the planning model of the public bike rental based on multi-objective optimization. in this paper, the multi-objective programming model aimed at the total cost of the planning department at initial period of construction minimize and users travel cost minimize. Solved the model to get the lease point location and the share rate of each lease point, Using the share rate of rental point scale, determined the city public bike rental planning scheme. At last the paper through an example, introduced the whole process of public bike rental point location planning.Illustratesd the effectiveness of the model and the feasibility of the algorithm.
