Worldwidly economic scholars make a deep research on the costs of capital account control and the benefits of capital account liberalization.Research shows that the increasingly cost of capital account control has restricted the development of the economy, also reduce the efficiency of resource allocation on global scope.However,capital account liberalization also brings huge risk,historical experience shows that part of the financial crisis and contagion rooted in capital account liberalization.Therefore, prudent decision is essential for a country’s monetary authorities.Capital account liberalization is one of the economic reform targets of China. China have made great progress on capital account liberation since carried out reform and open policy.Commercial banking system is so important that the unstable system may cause awful impact on economy.It’s significant to study if China’s capital account liberalization can effect the stability of the commercial banking system.Monetary authorities can get to know the potential risk in advance and adjust policies correspondingly. In this way can the risk be effectively avoided.This article adopt the method combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Quantizing China’s capital account liberalization and commercial bank system stability, it come to a conclusion that China’s capital account liberalization is in middle degree.And this artical get the trend of the stability of the commercial banking system during 2000-2013.Pointing out the possible factors of instability in the commercial banking system.Using the method of linear regression come to the result that capital account liberalization can directly or indirectly effect the stability of the commercial banking system.In the end,put forward feasible suggestions for the development of China’s commercial banking industry. |
