With the rapid growth of urban population and economic growth and the promotion of priority to the development of public transport policy, China’s urban rail transit system is also booming.. With the rapid expansion of the scale of network, network effect gradually, especially in the next three years, Tianjin urban rail transit operating mileage will achieve some target, we will experience network basic skeleton, the network initially formed and cross network layout of the various stages of development.Ticket management system of urban rail transit a key, directly linked to the economic benefits of enterprises and, ticketing system is directly related to the entire rail transit system operation benefits and investor returns. In addition, it is passengers directly contact a service. Therefore, ticketing system for the convenience degree will directly affect the rail transit service quality level and passenger satisfaction degree of rail traffic must be to establish a series of rigorous scientific parallel effective management norms, to strengthen the management and control of system and funds. Ticket management is the production and operation in a key work, the management mode of building should fully consider work of the systematic, overall, in every level have to set the relevant departments and personnel, from top to bottom, the layers of decomposition, the effective implementation. The spirit of "strictly controlled, fine management idea, the full integration of Tianjin Rail Transit ticketing operation system resources, ticketing management flow optimization, improve the operation and management level, ensure the safety systems, data, and ticket card, capital and other aspects.This paper to currently subway company stored value ticket business management process as the research object, to the theory of process reengineering and lean management theory by analysis of the subway service hotline, media information and the government and people of zero distance, Secretary of the mailbox, a variety of ways to investigate and obtain passengers on the problems encountered in the subway stored value ticket daily use, in view of the above problems, the design appropriate improvement scheme. This innovation is mainly reflected in two aspects: first, the theory of process reengineering and lean management to expand public transport services, through the research of process improvement to Metro Inc stored value ticket management, process reengineering and lean production management thinking, methods and concepts applied to the rail transit enterprise daily operation and management, development and the application of process reengineering and rich lean thinking; secondly, through in-depth analysis of the Metro Inc stored value ticket business management process, combined with the problem of passenger ticket management feedback, find out the root of the problem existing in the management, business characteristics and work requirements with the Metro Inc prepaid tickets, to explore the feasibility of the implementation of process reengineering and lean management, continuous improvement the existing process.
