| ZBPA Company is a large life insurance sales company, which is good at the agent sales management in Zibo. Now, the annual premium product platform in 180 million, the agent’s team size around 3000 in Zibo life insurance market, its market share ranks among the top in Zibo. Life insurance sales are the ZBPA life insurance company’s strengths, but at present, there are still some problems in the company life insurance agent management system. If these problems can’t get timely solved, it will influence the performance of life insurance, and thus affect the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Based on this, this article launches the research to the ZBPA life insurance agent sales management problem.This paper is divided into five parts.
