During this period, the special banks like a flash in the pan, to set up a batch of special bank. In the meantime the Great Northwestern Bank founded by the Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission.The Great Northwestern Bank purpose is to assist the Mongolian and Tibetan government financial transfers and development industry, so named the Great Northwestern Bank. The Great Northwestern Bank dated of the establishment in Beijing in June 12, 1923. The bank opened at the beginning of good business.
