With the continuous progress of urbanization, industrialization, informatization and agricultural modernization in our country, the contradictions between the expansion of construction land and cultivated land protection, the paper regards rectification planning as the prediction of rectification activities in the future. On the basis, the paper applies corresponding risk model and evaluates the possible ecological risks in rectification activities with towns as the evaluation units. With Wu’an as the research region, the paper evaluates the ecological risks of overall planning. The main results are as follows:(1) Through sorting out the literatures, the paper establishes ecological riskevaluation model.The model is divided into three parts, including formation of problems, risk analysis and risk representation. The formation of problems includes background analysis, habitat analysis, risk source analysis and receptor analysis. Risk analysis includes exposure analysis and risk analysis. Risk representation mainly refers to risk calculation.(2) The paper makes risk evaluation on Wu’an and classifies risk levels.According to the contents of rectification planning, the paper chooses rectification project as the risk source, and classifies habitats into six types according to the survey data of changes and convenience of research. According to sensitivity degree and size of influences, the paper chooses soil, eco-diversity and landscape pattern as the eco-destination and carries out risk calculation. It classifies 22 risk regions into high risk region, relatively high region, medium risk region and low risk region.(3) According to the characteristics of risk regions, the paper proposes suggestions on risk management in the implementation of planning.High risk region is fragile in ecological environment. A lot of land needs rectification. Thus, the rectification of this region should target at eco-protection.Relatively high risk region has a lot of gobs. It is quite difficult to reclaim the land to be cultivated land. Moreover, the cultivated land is at a low quality. With the pollution of heavy metal, eco-protection should be the main focus. Medium high risk region and appropriately enhance rectification and aim at expanding cultivated land.Eco-protection is at a relatively secondary status. The rectification project in low riskregion should focus on expanding cultivated land and ensuring food safety. The evaluation on the impacts of rectification project on environment can be properly loosened.
