Research On The Knowledge Management Of The Project Life Cycle Cost Consultation Enterprise

With the coming of knowledge globalization, various industries in order to improve their ability of competition, more and more urgently strengthen the demand for knowledge. As the knowledge intensive enterprise, engineering cost consulting enterprises how to better for knowledge of comprehensive effectively obtain and use and better knowledge management, which relates to consulting enterprise’s long-term development.At present, the application of knowledge management in most of our cost consultation enterprises merely in the project implementation stage, the prophase of the project and later without adequate research, the use of knowledge management only preliminary stage. In this paper, the use of project life cycle, the concept of, through access to literature, and combining the characteristics of consulting enterprise, enterprise knowledge management division is the preparation stage, the implementation stage, end stage. Stand the perspective of life cycle (LC) build a model of knowledge management in each stage, in order to better guide the work.The main research contents of this paper:first of all, the theoretical research. Analysis of the definition and connotation of knowledge management and project of LC, standing in the project life cycle cost consulting industry knowledge management process is divided into three stages. Then, according to the characteristics of cost consulting enterprises, standing in the perspective of life cycle building at all stages of the knowledge management model and internal mechanism. Finally, construct the evaluation index system of knowledge management of LC project, the evaluation using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In order to have better to consulting enterprises to understand the status of enterprise knowledge, contribute to the long-term development of the cost consultation enterprises.
