Shenyang Tourist Soft Environment Research:Evaluation Index, Evaluation System And The Related Suggestions

The development of tourism sho uld be the result o f compre hensive effec t of soft en vironment factors of tourism re sourc es, fa cilities and ot her tourism hard environmen t fact ors and urban social h uma ne enviro nment, government manageme nt, execution, management level o f the industry and innovation, the level of service industry and affini ty. Tourism de stination is the carrying space of tourism activities, which provides a platform for tourists. The attraction of tourism destin ation comes fro m the u nique a tmosphere o f comme rcial tourism services, non commercial original landscape a nd tourist destination. Its scope is far beyond the concept of "whole tourism products".However, tourism destination away fro m the source, consumers in the t ourism appears to be a se parat e are a, usu all y a t ourist destina tion can a ttract consumer attention, can come to the fore in ma ny alternative destin ations, in addition to the rol e of mark eti ng and touri sm resources itsel f with some attract ive, more import ant still depend on the tou rism env ironment of Touri sm desti natio n especially soft environment is attractive.B ased on the analysis of the relevant research of so ft environment, this pape r finds o ut the eval uatio n facto rs of the tourism soft environment, and synt hesizes the previous studies to select the evaluation index. The soft environmen t evaluation system was constructed by t he q uestionnaire and data analysis, an d the evaluation system was used to evaluate t he soft environment of Shenyang Pro vince on the basis of the existing soft environme nt in Shenyan g p ro vince. According to the evaluation results, th e last p art puts fo rward the suggestion of improving the soft enviro nment of tourism in Shenyang.
