Research On The Impact Of Financing Structure To Operating Performance Of Strategic Emerging Industry’s Listed Companies

Major innovations and breakthroughs of science and technology can promote the rapid development of social economy and overall transformation of industrial structure. In order to shake off the impact of the financial crisis and achieve the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, we made a series of strategic development of new industries planning. However, the financing structure of the problem is an important factor restricting the development of strategic emerging industries.Therefore, this article will make the research on the impact of financing structure to operating performance of strategic emerging industries listed companies.This paper firstly summarizes the research literature of the domestic and foreign financing structure, operating performance and the impact of financing structure on business performance. Secondly introduce the related theory of financing structure,operating performance and the mechanism of the impact of financing structure on business performance. Thirdly, select 183 strategic emerging industry listing corporations of2012-2014 to analyze the current situation of financing structure and operating performance by descriptively statistical analysis with SPSS19.0. Then make empirical research design, hypothesis and construct regression mode on financing structure of strategic emerging industries listed companies affecting operating performance. Finally,according to the result of factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, draw conclusions and recommendations.The results of research show that, for strategic emerging industry listing corporations,internal financing rate and financial financing rate have positively related to operating performance; short-term loan financing rate, long-term loan financing rate, bond financing rate and commercial credit financing rate have negative correlation with operating performance; and there is no significant relationship between equity financing rate and operating performance.
