Strategic emerging industries is a relatively new term,its growth characteristics including series,forward-looking,and across different disciplines and cross complexity as well as the continuous development of across different industry,so there are a lot of current relatively new subject needs further system research.How to effectively through the financial system and mode of innovation to strengthen the development of strategic emerging industry which is one of very important and difficult task.Based on strategic emerging industries listed companies the microscopic main body as the research object,through the empirical analysis of the strategic emerging industry listed companies and overall equity financing and debt financing structure on the influence degree of the business performance,can to a certain extent,as the rapid development of the strategic emerging industry in China listed companies provide effective reference,and to achieve the ultimate goal of its rapid development provide effective reference.Therefore,this article USES the small and medium-sized board listed companies in shenzhen stock exchange's latest annual report,the financing structure of strategic emerging industry in China's relationship with business performance.Asset-liability ratio,bank loan ratio,equity financing ratio,ownership concentration and equity balance as index of measuring financing structure,net assets yield as the measuring enterprise business performance indicators,through the study on empirical econometric analysis.The last conclusion is: asset-liability ratio,bank loan ratio and equity financing of enterprise operating performance is negative,the impact of ownership concentration and equity checks and balances on the impact of enterprise operating performance is positive.Finally through the analysis of the present situation in our country and put forward after comparing the results of the empirical analysis summary for healthy and continuous development of enterprises of strategic emerging industries policy suggestions.
