With the growing prosperity of the economy of our country,as the an exotic luxury goods has come into China,.Luxury consumption has become a fashion trend.Especially in recent years,with the development of European and American market for luxury goods speed slow,luxury consumption market in China has become the second largest country in the global luxury consumption. Rapid economic development and increasingly fierce competition today, various industries companies increasingly pay attention to meet the needs of its customers. It can be said that customer satisfaction has become the basic norms of the modern enterprise operation. The focus of enterprise management is how to understand the whole market, try our best to meet customer demand, improve customer satisfaction, in order to steady market share.Along with the improvement of people’s living standard, people for the pursuit of beauty is also growing consumption of cosmetics in China presents the fast growth momentum, high-end cosmetics because there is a huge profit space, to become the world’s cosmetics manufacturers in a magic weapon for winning the competition. As China’s consumer economy increase and class consciousness enhancement, more and more demand for high-end cosmetics, China has become the world’s main consumer high-end cosmetics brand. As the representative of the high-end cosmetics brand,the X brand of high-end cosmetics since entering the Chinese market, though years of accelerated development, there has been a series of problems in the aspect of customer satisfaction. Therefore, in order to continue to survive in the market, X brand must be feasible to develop a series of measures.The thesis through the understanding of the X brand of high-end cosmetics customer to maintain the status, find the way to enhance customer satisfaction with targeted and feasibility and set the X brand satisfaction evaluation system. In order to effectively improve customer loyalty and to enhance the customer and brand stickiness.The thesis will focus on the customer action and the data analysis, practice research of date mining, then propose some suggestions in the application of customer satisfaction marketing X high-end cosmetics brand.
