Microfinance is a kind of product of the rural financial innovation, which is the improvement and supplement of the existing financial system in our country, and also a powerful tool to build a inclusive financial system, establish and develop inclusive finance. Since the introduction into our country, it has been playing a crucial role in the development of rural economy. However, there are a large amount of issues in the development of rural microfinance at present, mainly in the difficulties to live independently and become bigger and stronger in practice, and gain significant results in achieving sustainable development and serving the rural group of low-income.Therefore, this article intends to start the studies of microfinance in our country’s rural areas from the perspective of inclusive finance, coming up the solutions specifically from the issues, exploring the road in the future to develop rural microfinance in our country.The article consists of five parts. The first part introduces the background of the program, the purpose and significance of the study etc, and reviews on the study of rural microfinance issues at home and abroad, explaining the conception of “inclusive finance”and “rural microfinance”; the second part outlines the background of the appearance of the microfinance in our country, the stages of development,the situation of its development right now and the signification in the sustainable development; the third part indicates the macro and micro factors which restrict the development of the rural microfinance in our country based on the connotation of of inclusive finance;the forth part summarizes the successful experience which is worthy of reference through analyzing typical cases abroad--The Analysis of the model of rural credit of People’s Bank of Indonesia,the credit model of Bangladesh Rural Bank. The fifth part is a conclusion of the whole article, and come up with some suggestions of Sustainable development of rural microfinance in the aspects of the inclusive finance, and from three aspects of the construction of financial market environment, the internal mechanism of the construction of laws and regulations.
