As an important part of our national economy, SMEs have played an increasingly important role in China’s economic development and social stability. However, because of the restrictions of their own conditions and SMEs’ financial environment, they have been facing various problems when applying for credit from commercial banks. In this environment, supply chain financing emerged. The appearance and development of SCF are not only helpful to ease the financing difficulties of enterprises and reduce the credit risk, but also do good to expand the business of commercial banks and logistics companies. So increasing the study of credit risk evaluation model in SCF can provide new ideas for the credit risk management of supply chain finance, and effectively control the credit risk in business expansion of SCF.In this paper, the normative and empirical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, macro and micro analysis method are combined to discuss the credit risk issues of SCF. The result shows that SCF can improve the capacity of SMEs, and the credit risk assessment model constructed in this paper has higher accuracy and applicability.By constructing the credit risk assessment model and empirical studies, the conclusions are as follows:Firstly, SCF can improve the ability of SMEs to obtain credit from commercial banks; Secondly, the credit risk in SCF is affected by financing business, the core business, supply chain operating conditions and other factors; Finally, the resource of credit risk in SCF is complex, the statistical model can be introduced to improve the accuracy of credit risk evaluation.
