He revisited the enterprise business process management。He used five structures of the business process to make connect between processes, the process levels, process and strategy, process and organization. He provides a new perspective for us to make business process managements. He proposed the concept of three-dimensional business process but did not put forward the implementation of specific methods and information implementation method. I put three-dimensional business process concept as the foundation, proposed the three-dimensional model of business process management, which includes two aspects. This paper summarizes the present business process management the encountered problems, from the implementation of business intelligence support for business process management and the present stage of business process management (new demand of requirements of three-dimensional model of business process management in the present stage are discussed. Based on the above discussion, a three-dimensional business process management model is designed. The model consists of two important parts, a part is to the three-dimensional theory of business processes to business process optimization, and another part is design the new business process management system framework to facilitate business intelligence technology can give full play to the role of supporting business processes. This paper finally using a three-dimensional model of business process management in the case of the implementation of company B to illustrate three-dimensional model of business process management is applied in practice, and using the analytic hierarchy process to verify the actual effect of the three-dimensional model of business process management.
