While since 2014, China’s central bank has reduced the reserve requirement and cut the interests. Savings deposit rates continues to decrease. Stock market this year surges and slumps dramatically causes people to lose confidence to stock market. So more and more people choose financial products with higher profits and lower risks. In this case, it is a golden opportunity to expand the business of personal financial services for the rural credit cooperatives in Hebei Province.The personal financial business of Hebei rural credit cooperatives which are the main force of rural finance is still in the initial stage, and it has many deficiencies. So the research of personal financial business has modern guiding significance. This thesis firstly introduces the relative theories of personal financial business at home and abroad to lay a theoretical foundation for the research behind. Then the thesis expounds the current situation and characteristics of personal financial business in China to provide the background support. After that the thesis analyzes the current problems of personal financial business of Hebei rural credit cooperatives. Finally the thesis proposes a series of development strategies adapted to the current Hebei rural credit cooperatives system learn from the successful experience of developing personal financial business of banks at home and abroad.
