Abroad in the carbon finance theory research and development practice in the forefront, and has achieved results, but our country in carbon finance and economic sustainable development research is relatively backward, practice for a short time, so as to deal with the global economic development trend, China’s carbon finance and low-carbon economy is imperative.Both in theory and in practice have been carried out, and have achieved remarkable results, but in our country, the research and practice of the relationship between financial and sustainable development has not been formed.
