Study On XY County’s Food Quality Regulation Satisfaction Evaluation And Promotion

With the improvement of material life level, Food security not only became more and more popular in people’s daily conversation topics, but also become one of the research focus of social problems, researched by many scholars. Food safety was not only related to people’s health and rights, but also had an important influence on the steady of the state and society’s development.Food quality regulation was the key to solve the food safety problems, which refers to the regulating function of state food safety department imposed on the food product and sales company. Food quality regulation related to the people’s physical and mental health, which was a strong guarantee of the political stability and national security. Food quality regulation was also an important task for state to promote people-oriented and build harmonious society. It was an effective guarantee of food safety for food quality regulation staff’s to improve their regulation levels, which related to the smooth implementation of laws and regulations. At present, our country’s food quality regulation work has a lot of problems, such as lack of laws and regulations and so on. Therefore, the study about the level and satisfaction of food quality regulation has important theoretical and practical significance.With a review of the domestic and foreign existing research literature, this paper introduces the concept of food safety and food quality regulation, the current domestic and international research status of food quality regulation and relevant laws and regulations. At the same time, this paper, taking XY county food enterprise for a specific case, combined with the actual situation of XY county’s food companies and food quality regulation, put forward the possible problems in the process of food quality regulation, and analysed the factors that affect food quality regulation. On this basis, we made an investigation on food enterprise staff and people’s food quality regulation satisfaction through the questionnaire, and made a summary analysis on the satisfaction of XY county’s food quality regulation through the statistical analysis. According to the results survey and analysis on XY county’s food quality regulation satisfaction, we found some problems existing in the process of XY county’s food quality regulation and formulated corresponding solutions. Then we made a test on the effect of the improvement measures, through comparing the people’s food quality regulation satisfaction with the satisfaction before.The innovation of this paper is that we made an investigation on food enterprise staff and people’s food quality regulation satisfaction through the questionnaire, and take the "food quality regulation satisfaction" as an indicator to find the possible problems in the process of food quality regulation. On this basis, we found some problems existing in the process of XY county’s food quality regulation and formulated corresponding solutions. And the effect of the improvement measures, through comparing the people’s food quality regulation satisfaction with the satisfaction before.
