The Ambidexterity of Organization is the new strategy that an enterprise has to consider in the fierce competition environment. The world at present is experiencing vast change, each organization has to face the risk of live or die. Practice shows that without innovation organization cannot survive, and if they pay no attention to the ambidexterity strategy, prefer one kind of innovation and ignore the other one, the organization will gradually lose the core competitiveness and be eliminated by the market. The two mode of innovation both need institutional allocation and resource configuration, and the two belong to different kind of strategy, with different contributions to the organization. Therefore, how to make the two kinds of innovation being balanced developed in enterprise is the topic that we need to study.This paper attempts to study the influence of the constitution of top management team (TMT) and its operation process on ambidexterity strategy, and analyze the relationship among TMT behavioral integration, TMT heterogeneity and the Ambidexterity of Organization. The following two questions are listed:1. What is the function of TMT behavioral integration on Ambidexterity of Organization?2. What is the function of TMT heterogeneity in the interrelation between TMT behavioral integration and Ambidexterity of Organization?This paper will start with the literature overview firstly, review and clear up the literature of predecessors, and try to make TMT heterogeneity as a moderator variable, set the interrelation model among three variables (TMT heterogeneity, TMT behavior integration and ambidexterity of Organization), verify the theoretical assumptions and make empirical research by carrying on the regression analysis with SPSS software, using the survey data from varies enterprises in China.The main conclusions of this paper:1. TMT behavior integration is positively correlated with combined dimension ambidexterity of Organization.2. TMT heterogeneity plays a moderating role in the relationship between TMT behavior integration and combined dimension ambidexterity of organization.The main innovation points in this paper are as follows:The previous studies mostly focused on the effect of organization on strategic direction, and few researches have been made on the effect of TMT internal mechanism and constitution to ambidexterity of Organization. This paper discussed the effect of TMT heterogeneity and TMT behavior integration on the ambidexterity, and set up the mode of relationship among TMT behavior integration, TMT heterogeneity and ambidexterity of Organization. The paper believe that TMT behavior integration promote combined dimension ambidexterity of Organization, and TMT heterogeneity plays an moderating role in the effect of TMT behavior integration on combined dimension ambidexterity of Organization.
