A Comparative Analysis Of The Financing Environment Of Small And Medium Enterprises In Zhejiang Province And The Ningxia Autonomous Region Province

In recent years, the rapid development of small and medium enterprises in China has made great contribution to China’s economic development. However, the shortage of funds restricts the development of small and medium enterprises, financing difficulty has become a stumbling block to the development of enterprises ". However, because of the different regions of our country, the financing environment is not the same, this paper takes the comparative analysis method, compares the advantages and disadvantages of Zhejiang province and Ningxia province.The full text is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly outlines the significance and background of this paper. Through the review of domestic and foreign literature, the paper puts forward the research methods and structure, using comparative study method, data analysis, survey and statistical method to compare the financing environment, financing channels, government support and legal regulations of small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang province and Ningxia autonomous region. The second part analyzes the current situation of SMEs in Zhejiang Province as well as the restriction factors. Through the analysis of the scale and industry distribution of small and medium sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province, we can see the status of the development of enterprises, and the present situation of the financing of small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang Province is discussed. The third part analyzes the development status of small and medium enterprises in the Ningxia Autonomous Region and the status of financing. The fourth part is the core content of Zhejiang province and the Ningxia Autonomous Region’s financing environment, through the internal environment and external environment to study the internal environment, technology level and credit level of three aspects of the environment, Zhejiang Province SME financing situation is better than the Ningxia autonomous region; and the two provinces of financial services, government support environment and legal environment, etc. The fifth part of the article is based on the comparison of the two provinces financing environment, to improve the financing situation of the developed regions and underdeveloped areas, and to sum up the effective measures and successful experience, and find that the financing is relatively weak provinces and regions.
