Research Of The Development Orientation For Xi Xian New Area

The western development of China is not only a great measure to the western backward areas, but also age feat which concerns the basic modernization process and the sustainable development can be achieved or not. As a part of the great western development, the construction of Xi xian new area is a major event in Xi’an, Xianyang and even to all the people of Shaanxi. The planning area of 882 square kilometers is the most precious resources to the people of Xianyang Xi’an and it may be the last piece complete land which can be taken out by Shaanxi. Therefore, the orientation of the development of Xi xian new area must be discussed seriously, to make true that it can stand the test of history.There must be a scientific prediction and analysis to the internal industrial structure and trend of development, the most important is to make a clear positioning to the direction of the development of the area,to let this land make the biggest effect.In this paper, starting from the construction of the Western cultural perspectives, further research from the perspective of cultural theory, cultural construction, cultural industries, points out the limitations of current development of new positioning, analyzing the characteristics of the times and the new development path, at last make " cultural city " as the direction,which gives a clear positioning to the embarrassed economic but rich cultural area.It emphasizes that we should emancipate mind concept still further and heighten the cognize and the degree of attention to culture, which makes both economy and culture promote each other and developed coordinately. In the whole process of the construction of Xi xian new area, not only economy should be developed vigorously, the awareness of culture is more important, we should give full play to its strength in city construction.
