| The real estate industry is one of the pillar industries of the national economy, and it is an important role in promoting the growth of GDP and improving the people’s quality of life. In the latest years, government has issued lots of macro-manipulation policies about territory and financial,which concerning real estate properties and financing out of stabilization consideration. So the industry financing strategy research of real estate will help finding suitable financing model for the development of the real estate. Based on the necessity of estate financing,thesis aims at analyzing various factors that may influence real estate financing of Chinese enterprises by using relevant theoretical vehicles and considering the overall situation of domestic real estate enterprises. Furthermore, drawing the international experience for reference, as well as under the principle of reasongable, effective and moderate risk-control methods from inside and outside, the paper puts forward that it should start from deepening financial structure to foster a new domestic financing environment. I take the WZ Company as the example, make suggestions about financing strategy.This papers includes six parts:1.Explains the meaning of financing strategy of the real estate industry by using relevant theoretical vehicles and considering the overall situation of domestic real estate enterprises.2. Discusses the existing achievements in financing strategy researches, which including definition, classification, basic theory and principle.3. Introduces the background of the development of the real estate industry, discusses the current situation of the real estate industry linking the macro-environment.4. Proposes the consideration of making financing strategy aiming at market divisions and the current situation of the real estate industry.5. Analyzes the reasons for the problems of WZ Company with specific its conditions.6.Gives suggestions on financing strategy of WZ Company. |
