After nearly 15 years of development, the rapid development of e-commerce technology has injected a steady stream of power and energy for the sustained development of the economy. The new technology of the Internet era has been influencing and changing the life of every person.For most small and medium enterprises, e-commerce technology plays great in improving the competitiveness of the market, maintaining a competitive advantage,saving costs and resources, and also strengthening the exchange of information with trade partners and customers, etc. However, we also found that a lot of enterprises are still not successful using electronic commerce technology clearly. Reviewing previous studies, we find that the process of absorbing an innovative technology is the process of enterprise value chain or business process integrates new technology. And this process is influenced by different level of factors.In this paper, on foundation of the review of domestic and international research on the impact factors of e-commerce technology adoption, based on the theory of technology diffusion, we put forward the influence factors of the electronic commerce technology and establish the model from the entrepreneur personal level of opportunity sensing capability and opportunity response capability, enterprise level of perceived benefit and perceived resources and the environmental level of industry structure,perceived supporting services and environment pressure. The reliability and validity of the recovery data were analyzed by collecting 140 small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province, and the hypothesis was tested by using multiple linear regression method. Except for opportunity sensing capability and perceived resources do not have a significant influence,other variables all have a significant influence on the e-commerce adoption. Finally, the research results are analyzed and discussed, and the research problems and future research prospects are pointed out.
