The Study On The Torreya Grandis Production Development In Zhe Jiang Province And Its Production Organization Types

To speed up the development of forestry industry in mountainous areas is an important way to promote the sustained and rapid growth of farmers’ income in mountainous areas. Torreya grandis is high yield and high quality of woody oil trees, adaptability is strong, the development of space, and high benefit cultivation, suitable for as one of the first choice for our country the development of woody oil plant species. However, the initial production of torreya grandis has the shortages like large investment,long cycle, and a small business about decentralized management is difficult. Higher market prices and preferential policy guidance also keep the industrial and commercial capital investment, and lead to the emergence of different main production organization types. These production organization types have their own characteristics, The cost benefit and the mechanisms of interest risk status directly affect the sustainability of torreya grandis production. Therefore, research of torreya grandis production development, in-depth analysis the development of production organization types, to promote the industrial development of torreya grandis and has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the agricultural income torreya.This research is based on the development status of Zhejiang Province torreya grandis prduction,based on enterprises, households and village three levels facing the development situation analysis,summarize the types and characteristics of torreya grandis production organization types in Zhejiang province, and in Pujiang County as an example, in-depth analysis of the types and characteristics of enterprise driven type torreya grandis production organization, we comparative analysis the difference between the different patterns,and by using Logistic mode to analysis the households’ choice of enterprise driven type torreya grandis production organization types, on this basis, summarize the existing problems in the development of torreya grandis production and its production organization types in Zhejiang Province, and put forward the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions. The main conclusions are as follow:(1)Based on three levels of enterprises, households and village, to the development of old and new areas of production in Zhejiang Province of Torreya grandis by comparative analysis: in the area of Torreya grandis, old areas households, village of Torreya grandis area was significantly higher than that of new areas(except Songyang County), but new enterprises producing areas of Torreya grandis area was significantly higher than that of the old areas; in Torreya grandis production area, old areas is generally higher than new areas; in the herbicide fertilizer and other inputs, new and old farmers producing basic difference between the little(in addition to Jinyun County), but the input amount of the old enterprises producing areas was significantly higher than that in new areas; in the aspect of industry and trade, old areas was significantly higher than that of new areas. Zhejiang Province present torreya grandis production organization types mainly:①farmers autonomous, including household management and farmer specialized cooperative;②enterprise driven, including "enterprise+cooperative", "company+farmers+cooperative" and "enterprise+base+(farmer)".(2)Pujiang County is a new region of torreya grandis production, its industry started relatively late, it has mainly experienced three stages:Groping stage(1997-2000)、Growth stage(2000-2010)and Ascending stage(after 2010). There are two main types of enterprise driven torreya grandisproduction organization types in Pujiang County: "enterprise+base+(farmer)" and forest land joint stock cooperative system, among them, "enterprise+base+(farmer)" is the main current Pujiang County torreya grandis production type, and forest land joint stock cooperative system is a kind of innovation type, is in the exploratory phase. Studies show that two modes have their own characteristics and advantages and disadvantages: ① "enterprise+base" mode is more suitable for the development of the enterprise, this mode not only can let the enterprise get enough labor, but also can let farmers earn money without going out, at the same time,they can learn planting technology, reduce the input costs such as nursery stock, fully let the enterprise drive the development of farmers; ②Forest land joint stock cooperative system is more suitable for the cooperation in farmers and enterprise, not only can make a guarantee of farmers’ land profit, but also can reduce the upfront investment, improve farmers’ support for enterprise operation, sufficiently stabilized the cooperation between the farmers and enterprises.( 3) Using the Logistic regression model to analyze the influence factors of households and business cooperation intention, the results showed that: Family farm in proportion or whether meet with difficulties in the process of operation respectively in the 10% and 5% significant level of households’ willing to cooperate with enterprises have the significant effect.(4)The study shows: The existing problems in the development of Zhejiang Province torreya grandis production: maldistribution, capital constraint, lack of technology, imperfect infrastructure and so on. In addition, Zhejiang Province torreya grandis production organization types are the main problems include: the benefit coupling mechanism of farmers and enterprises is not perfect,consciousness of farmers’ participation in new type of production organization is not strong, the difference of production organization type selection is not obvious.( 5) Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of production of torreya grandis, mainly including: to promote the South westward expansion strategy of torreya grandis, broaden the sales channels, strengthen the technical training, strengthen infrastructure construction. At the same time, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of production organization types, including: improve the benefit coupling mechanism of farmers and enterprises, strengthen the consciousness of farmers’ participation in new type of production organization, select the appropriate type of production organization according to local conditions.
