Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Development Of Characteristic Industries In National Modern Agricultural Industrial Parks

The Three Rural Issues is a fundamental problem related to the national economy and people's livelihood.Without the modernization of rural agriculture,there would be no modernization of the country.The establishment of the national modern agricultural industrial park is an important measure of the CPC Central Committee in order to speed up the construction of a new socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics and develop agricultural modernization in the new era.It has the characteristics of distinct industrial characteristics,highly concentrated elements,advanced equipment,green ecology of production mode,convergence of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,powerful radiation drive and so on,which can continuously improve the efficiency of agricultural development and regional competitiveness.Zhuji modern agricultural industrial park relying on the construction of the "two districts" of agriculture was listed as the first batch of modern agricultural industrial park in China.As the traditional industry of Zhuji,Torreya grandis has become one of the key construction projects of the agricultural park.The study takes national modern agriculture industrial park characteristic industry development influence factors as the starting point based on the influential factors of the characteristic industry development of the national modern agricultural industry park:firstly it analyzes the present situation and the advantages of the existing Torreya grandis industry through the investigation of the basic situation of the park,secondly,qualitatively analyzes the influencing factors of the development of the characteristic industry based on the "diamond model ".Factors includingthe five first-level indicators of production factors,industrial factors,enterprise and internal factors,relevant supporting industrial factors and government factors were used to establish an indices system,which were then used in factor analysis combining with the resource scarcity of Torreya grandis industry and other industrial advantages,to reduce the dimension of the key factors affecting the development of Torreya grandis industry,established the key factors affecting the development of Torreya grandis industry.In accordance with the analysis results,the order of the key elements is listed as follows:nationwide consumption level(0.9793),agricultural loans from financial institutions of Zhuji(0.9747),fiscal expenditure of Zhuji(0.9704),R&D expenditure of Zhuji(0.9699),rotation volume of freight transport(0.9460),Torreya grandis output(0.8357),the output value of the tertiary industry in the main producing areas of Torreya grandis(0.8003),fixed asset investment of in the main producing areas of Torreya grandiss(0.7664).According to the research conclusion,suggestions for the development of the Torreya grandis industry based on national modern agricultural industrial parks in Zhuji include:(1)To develop relevant industry and supportive industry,improve the market circulation;(2)popularize fine varieties,enhance brand advantages;(3)Promote the integration of three industries,and develop characteristic industry tourism;(4)promote the extension of industrial chains,and strengthen the radiation and driving function of the industrial park.
