Financial internal control is an important part of enterprise management which is leading by financial department. It plans leads and controls the enterprise financial resources and their status on the basis of company mid long term developing aims and strategy. It also plays an important part in financial management. It promotes assets benefit to the maximum level and improves the competitiveness and comprehensive strength for the company by controlling the internal financial affairs and making the enterprise assets safe.Problems during formulation and implementation of the financial internal control policy in the machinery industry listed T company were analyzed in perspectives of organization structure, authority of approval, total budget management, capital safety management, property preservation control, accounts receivable management, risk prevention, supervision and audit. Considering the actual condition of T company and machinery industry some optimized improving suggestions for stimulating and executing the financial internal control policy were proposed.An optimized financial internal troll system was proposed after carefully investigation of financial internal system of public T company. On the one hand, it offers a feasible solution for T company. It combines internal control procedures, supervision and auditing, personal/departmental performance appraisal together, forming a feedback-promotion-circulation control mode. On the other hand, it offers valuable reference for similar companies suffered and suffering such problems.
