Credit Cooperation Of Heterogeneous Cooperative: A Literature Review

At the beginning of the establishment, the different participating subjects have many differences in the resources endowment, the purpose and the role of the participation. As the vulnerable group in the development of agriculture, the financing difficulty, the formal financial service, the credit information asymmetry and other factors restrict the sustainable development of the cooperative. In addition, the heterogeneity of the existence of the internal governance structure of cooperatives in the presence of one person, one vote, democratic management and other systems also exist defects. The above various realistic foundation promotes the development of the cooperation and the credit cooperation, and in the rural areas of the rural financial service and the need to diversify the rural areas of the three rural financial services demand, the cooperative development management to find the corresponding solution. This paper takes credit cooperation as the main line, mainly from the development process and current situation of the development of the credit development of the heterogeneous cooperative, the realistic foundation, the policy recommendations of the development of the policy recommendations. How to find the way of the development of the cooperative, the theory and practice of the many scholars have launched research.This paper first reviews the development of credit cooperation in China, and gives the background, problems and practice exploration of the credit cooperation based on the farmers’ professional cooperatives. Property rights structure directly affect the governance structure of the cooperatives, which affect the development of credit cooperation, and then focus on the property rights and governance structure and defects, this paper makes a brief summary of the problem of the property right shift, the problem of residual claim right and governance mechanism, and the core issue of financing. Finally, according to the foreign successful credit cooperation case, combined with the practice of our country’s credit cooperation, we give some suggestions to optimize the governance structure, strengthen the supervision and management mechanism, to find suitable for the future path of the cooperation of the credit cooperation.
