Nostalgia is a complex psychological state, which is caused by the missing of the past. It is not only time, but also emotional. It is a kind of emotional pay. Now the rapid development of social economy, all aspects of people’s lives are in keeping pace with the times. Continuously, the gap compared with the past is bigger and bigger, the pressure of life greater. At this time the people miss the past life of leisure, nostalgia emotions arise spontaneously. And then, people come to express and resolve the inner pressure by way of tourism, which makes nostalgia tourism intensified, become a hot topic of contemporary tourist culture.At the same time, the ancient town tourism is rapidly emerging. Many of the ancient city, the ancient town, and the ancient streets were developed into tourist areas. Ancient town tourism heat swept the country. When people on the tourism resources which left by our ancestors are more and more popular, then you need to explore the people in the tourism, which factors will affect the generation of nostalgia? What are the factors that affect the landscape preference? Do the nostalgia emotions affect the landscape preference? These are all that need to be solved.On the basis of consulting and sorting the relevant literature of the domestic and foreign on the factors of the nostalgia emotions and its influence on landscape preference, we divide the factors into two aspects, namely, personal factors and scenic area factors. The personal factors mainly include the tourists’ attitude, behavior intention of revisit and nostalgia proneness. Scenic area factors include scenic authenticity and emotional image. Then take five aspects of individual factors and scenic area factors as the independent variable, nostalgia emotions as the medium variable, and the landscape preference as the dependent variable to construct the theoretical model of this study. After the questionnaire survey and the use of SPSS and AMOS statistical software for data processing and analysis of the 261 valid questionnaires, this study draws the following conclusions:(1)Personal and scenic factors have a significant positive effect on the nostalgia emotion.(2) Nostalgia emotion has a significant positive effect on landscape preference.(3) The tourists’ attitude, behavior intention of revisit and nostalgia proneness of personal factors and scenic authenticity and emotional image of scenic area factors are not all significantly positive influence on different landscape preference.(4) Nostalgia emotion in the path of the influence of some individual factors and some scenic area factors on the landscape preference plays an intermediary role.Finally, according to the research conclusions, this paper provides a direction and inspiration for the tourism development unit to improve the degree of preference of tourists to different landscape. And this study further describes and illustrates the inadequacies of this study as well as the possible future research directions.
